Opened in 2015, The Blanchard is a 100-seat modern French restaurant led by Executive Chef Ryan Burns. We stopped in to shoot a new dish Chef Burns’ team had been cooking up (pun intended).
The care and artistry that goes into each ingredient and dish at The Blanchard is astounding. Chef Burns and his crew really go above and beyond for each dish.
